For the installation, this butyl will be necessary to make the seal and prevent the entry of water (1 bottle for 40x40 skylights, perhaps 2 bottles if the ceiling is very irregular. At least 2 bottles for larger skylights). It will also be necessary 1 bottle of this Sika to make a thin outer profile and prevent the butyl from coming out through the contour (with 1 bottle you can make the contour of more than one skylight).
This mini Heki style double glazed acrylic crank roof window is ideal for motorhomes and caravans and fits perfectly into a standard 400x400mm opening.
The inner frame includes a roller blind and fly screen (adjustable separately) to provide shade and privacy and keep insects out.
The skylight can be opened with a crank in three different positions: fully, half and in the bad weather position.
The Mini Heki Style is suitable for ceiling thicknesses between 25-42 or 43-60 mm.
