This panel cannot be directly plugged into a 12V battery (unless the battery or power station is designed for it); it requires a solar charge controller. A charge controller can be purchased optionally to connect the panel to a 12V battery (the standard MC4 connectors would not work), but no controller is needed if you are only connecting it to an EcoFlow or similar brand power station.
