For the installation, this butyl will be necessary to make the seal and prevent the entry of water (1 bottle for 40x40 skylights, perhaps 2 bottles if the ceiling is very irregular. At least 2 bottles for larger skylights). It will also be necessary 1 bottle of this Sika to make a thin outer profile and prevent the butyl from coming out through the contour (with 1 bottle you can make the contour of more than one skylight).
This Mini Heki Style Double Glazed Acrylic Crank Skylight is ideal for motorhomes and caravans and will fit perfectly into a standard 400 x 400mm opening.
The inner frame includes a blind and a fly screen (separately adjustable) to provide shade and privacy, and to keep out insects.
The skylight can be opened in three different positions with a crank: fully, halfway and in the bad weather position.
The Mini Heki Style is suitable for ceiling thicknesses between 25-42 or 43-60 mm
