All Andorra Campers products are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the product's date of sale in the event of a manufacturing defect.
To make a warranty claim, you must send us an E-Mail about the problem as soon as possible.
If, upon receipt of the product from the transport company, you find any damage to the packaging that could affect the product (dents, holes, damage, etc.), we recommend that you refuse the delivery and contact us by E-Mail within 24 hours.
After 24 hours, we can no longer accept transport damage.
If the packaging is in perfect condition but an irregularity or problem is identified, Andorra Campers will collect the damaged product and send you a new item.
It is very important that you send us the product well packaged. Andorra Campers will inform the customer to which address to make the return. This may differ from Andorra Campers. If the product arrives at our facilities damaged due to inadequate packaging, we may not be able to accept the return.

If the manufacturer believes that the product or defect is not covered under warranty, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
Malfunctions due to negligence, damage, use or non-compliant handling with the manufacturer's instructions, or materials subject to normal wear and tear.
